We offer returns or exchanges (due to defects) within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1. Send an email to sales@sterng.com with the request for a refund or exchange, stating the exact quantity of product(s) you would like to refund. In the case of an exchange due to product defects, please attach photos showing clearly the defect on the product.
2. Upon receiving a confirmation email from us, (shipping procedure)
As this disinfectant is alcohol-based and hence flammable, please use the product with caution. Do not expose the product to naked flames, sparks, hot surfaces, or other ignition sources (list is not exhaustive). STERNG is not responsible for any mishaps arising from unsafe usage of the product by the customer.
